We purchased a used home and the buying process was outstanding. The contractor recommended worked out ok. The home was not checked out as stated as the Furnace did not work(needed new thermostat), 2 windows leaked, hot water tank even through new the elements were burned out, the kitchen faucet leaked very bad and the GFCI outlet in bathroom was faulty. We purchased used as s stated but were informed everything was checked.Was a little confused on the LP process as we did not realize the Hot water tank was electric and not converted to LP. We would recommend but do your homework. This was our first. Update: We talked to the Sales representative and explained the issues we had especially the fact that the home was not checked and there had to have been some type of water damage at one time.. We were informed this would be addressed with the owner and we were sent a $200 check. We feel over all a fair experience but would state do your homework as this could of been a better experience.
