I will never take my car to Everett again. I have a 09 Chevy imImpa and noticed that my car would sway when I reached a certain speed. I took my car to the shop to get the swaying to swaying to stop and was told that it was the inner tie rods. Great simple fix right.... I paid $150 to get new inner tie rods put on and that is what he did, but he failed to let me know if you change the tie rods you need to make sure you get an alignment immediately. I'm in my car the next day driving trying to go to Atlanta to make some money and my car won't stay on the road. The car is pulling from side to side back and forth and what makes it so bad is that it was also raining. I almost swerve off the road the car is pulling so bad. I call Everett and he says we'll maybe you need an alignment, call me back and let me know if the alignment is off and I'll make sure everything is right and okay..... I'm thinking wow thanks so much, but after I let get the car towed to the shop and let him that due to him neglecting to let me know about getting an alignment it balled out my front two tires(costed me another 140.51 ). He now says it's not his fault when I asked would he reimburse me for the tires. Wow man horrible business, if someone pays you to do a job make sure they are aware of all precautions that comes with the job.
