Amazing Floors IS truly amazing!!! Our contact associate was Jeff. He was excellent. Great service and follow up. He made the process very easy. The installers was fantastic. On time, professional and careful. The carpet looks great!

We had a stress free experience with our floor replacement projects. We worked with Jeff, he was professional and accommodating also available at any time for questions or concerns we had. All of our projects were completed on schedule with no issues. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend this business.

I wish there was a negative number of stars one could assign to Amazing Hardwood Floors. Our project began in March for hardwood in one room. It was just finished (Sept), but not satisfactorily. There were at least 10 return trips since March to finish up loose ends for the floor installation in ONE room, related to floor transition. This just represent a fraction of the issues we experienced: on one occasion, the workers forgot their saw, on another occasion, they brought the wrong color grout; the last straw was when they forgot the grout all together and wanted to caulk the 1/4 inch gap between the eat in kitchen in and living room. Lots of time and energy wasted, incredibly poor and inefficient project management. We wanted to go with a local business to give them money and get away from the big box stores. If this experience taught us anything, it sent us right back to Lowe's!!

A half star would be too generous. Poor workmanship and poor results. We had 800 sq ft of hardwood flooring refinished and the end result left a finish that resembles an orange skin and circular swirls embedded in the finish from the Teflon buffing pad that was used. The ONLY THING I'm amazed with is how much it cost to get the results we are now stuck with.

We had our entire second floor re-carpeted and our staircase re-surfaced. The house looks like new! Not only was everyone professional, the prices were also great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

I would definately give them 5 out of 5 stars for the beautiful work they did on our floors. They look better than I expected, the crew worked very hard and was very professional. All staff was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!
