Jane Addams Middle School, located in Bolinbrook, Ill., is a part of the Valley View Public School District. It offers classes to students from grades six through eight and addresses the needs of students during the transition between elementary and high school. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as language arts, science, math, social studies, music, art and applied technology. Its the library media center enables access to materials in all formats. It provides a variety of extracurricular activities, such as a band, chorus, student newspaper, drama, quiz bowl and a student council. Its clubs include the art, book, homework, math, multicultural, computer and science clubs. The school offers various sports, including baseball, cross country, soccer, basketball, wrestling and volleyball.
