I worked at al-Furqaan for over two years and I must say it was the best thing to have happened in my life alhamdulillah. My only regret was to not do more than I could have. As for Furqaan Academy Islamic school, I think its a great school with a comprehensive vision. You should definitely check out their website at furqaanacademy.org to learn more.

In 2009 I moved from Maryland to Chicago specifically to work for the Al-Furqaan Foundation as a graphic designer. As a new Muslim, it was a great experience to become a part of an Islamic organization involved in dawah and Islamic education, as well as other important services. I found the president of the organization to be very dedicated, experienced, and fun to work with and I formed life-long friendships with many of my co-workers. In 2010 I left the organization to study Islam overseas, but keep in frequent contact with many of the people I built relationships with as a result of working for the Al-Furqaan Foundation and continue to enjoy watching the organization grow and accomplish its much-needed goals.
