I am a frequent shopper of Champs in the Chicagoland area, and I'm always told that Bolingbrook is the smallest store. But honestly this is where I have my best experiences.

Everytime I visit, I hope to find one person in particular to help me out. Sometimes I'm greeted by Alex unfortunately , who happens to be my least favorite. He has a very bad attitude everytime I come and has very little product knowledge.

The one person I look for is the best champs employee I have ever met, and that's David. Every time I come in, he recognizes me and immediately helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. His product knowledge is unbelievable, he always knows what to say, and is the most polite worker I have ever been around. And hey, hes pretty good looking too. He has the knowledge and showmanship to run his own store, and deserves to work at the biggest store possible.

Him and the store manager vianey are the best management team I have come across in a long time and will continue to shop at this location!!!
