I just got off the phone with a rep and we discussed adding the media package. She mentioned that I am two days away from my billing date to add the package, I said to have it start then. She say, "oh no I can't I pushed the button already!" That's not service - unpush the darn button and have it start then when I want it. Not when you want it to start. Who's paying the bill anyway?
