At least they charge too much!



I would pay 650 for this apartment, they keep increasing the rent and now we are paying 850.



Its not terrible, its just not nice. Its not worth 850 for this place. If the managers took better care I would see this as being justified, but they will keep increasing their rates without increasing their service.

This is the nastiest place I have ever lived, not to mention the management is awful. The management does not enforce any of the rules such as animals, noise, garbage, etc. We have complained about several different things, including sexual harassment from other tenants and we were told "OK, sorry but were not going to handle it because we don't want to be in danger" They say if someone parks in your spot, they will send out a tow truck. which they don't. they say they have onsite staff, which they don't. The apartment itself, is awful. Everything is outdated. the appliances are from the 70's. The paint is coming off the cupboards, the counters are lifting, the carpet is stained. This is by far the worst, overpriced place I have ever lived.There are countless things i can write about. Everyone beware of the "The springs of royal oaks".
