They threw out my belongings before my lease was up because they had already rented out the unit to another person. They were double dipping. Your items are not safe there. They did not replace my loss.



I had moved most everything out a week early except for the stand that keeps my canoe off the ground because it wouldn't fit in my car. When I came back for it it was gone and the storage unit was empty. My lease had not expired yet. I went up to the front office and asked about it and they said they must have thrown it away because they thought it was junk. They had already leased the unit to someone else. They didn't offer to pay for my loss or reimburse me money for my lease. I will never use them again and encourage others to avoid their shady, unconscientious practices.

I have stored my goods here for over 10 Years without any issues, in fact, the managers are always kind and helpful when i go in to pay my bill. Facility is always really clean, and I have compared rates to neighboring storage facilities every other year, and they always have the best prices.



I recommend this place to everyone needing storage!!!

Horrible!!! Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The manager is rude has a terrible attitude and will treat you badly. I would NEVER do business with this storage facility. With so many options, do you want to risk dealing with such a loose cannon? Remember, he has control of your most valuable possessions.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
