I will not darken their doors again. Shoppers Beware! If you purchase something as a gift the recipient of the gift can NOT take it back for a refund if purchased on a credit card. They only allow "in store credit" this is very unfortunate as they carry a very narrow selection of gifts. We spent nearly $1000 dollars in luggage in one visit and I could not take on piece back because it was not 'my' credit card used. Shapiro does not understand they are not the only game in town and customer service DOES mean something. Amazon here I come and will have it in 2 days!
