Promises and promises and lie's.. this is what you get from these people, I've been trying to cash out my retirement from my ex-employer Tomlinson and Assoc. and the way they lie and mislead you, I would think they are part owners. I've been at this since last year, I was promised the paperwork(Yea I can't even get the paperwork to start getting my money) two weeks ago they blamed it on Tomlinson and Assoc. but promised to have the paperwork to me by Thur-Fri, I wanted two weeks until today to call them.. It's in the mail they claimed.. I informed them if it wasn't I would file a complaint with the Dept of Labor and the BBB she said go right ahead and hung-up on me...Very professional... Do you really want these people to control your money? Your employee's retirement money? Better do some investigation work first.. I bet next they will claim wrong address...

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Apparently, they have more business than they need or they only care about schmoozing companies who pay for their services and not actual employees who have to deal with them.

My employer uses this company for our medical flex spending accounts. What company has a website that can only be accessed with a password. All I want is an address!

I am no longer with my former employer and I requested my money so I could deposit into my IRA at my bank. That was 4 months ago and still no money! I filled out the requested forms and mailed them back right away. I have called them multiple times and they just keep telling me they will send a check as soon as they can. I am so frustrated and wonder what the real problem is.
