When I went into the office for my inital appointment not only was Mr Peterson late by over 30 minutes & kept us waiting in his stinky tiny office the entire time. Then he was to busy helping his staff & hurried to make it out the door for his golf game to even fully answer any of our questions. For as little information & questions he could answer, I could have been given the same amount of information by one of his staff members & not wasted my time waiting for him. Even trying to get further information about getting prepared to file there was no assistance at ALL! There are several other options out there, just as little or close in price that actually care about helping the person & not just in it for the money. I suggest searching around even outside of Boise area to find someone who cares. I have narrowed my search down to a few others & will no longer be going through this office.

I met with Jake Petetson a few months back for a bk consultation. When I first walked into his office, the first thing I noticed was that it smelled like pee. The secretary never greeted me, she yelled to me from another room and told me to have a seat. When I met with Mr. Peterson I felt hurried and that he really wasn't interested in helping me. I only talked with him for 5 minutes. He was not helpful and gave very little information.

Mr. Peterson is a very busy attorney but was nothing but kind and helpful and I appreciated his help in a very difficult time. I have referred numerous people and they have no problems with him as well. He also charges less then other Boise attorneys for the same BK situations. If you want somebody to get the job done, call Jake, If you need your hand held everyday this guy is too busy for that.

He and his staff very helpful and responds quickly to my needs and concerns. would recommend him to any one.
