All the dresses in the store ran too small and ordering would take way too long. The lady wouldnt let me try any on without an appointment even though i drove 2 hours to find my wedding dress. They have very little selection and you have to make an appointment a month before they even let you in. The second time I went in the lady decided to help the other bride and ignore me the entire time. I was pulling dresses off racks by myself and having my friend help me with the back. I ended up going somewhere else

I went in to Margene's twice. Once to see if it would be a store I would be interested at looking into futher, and a second time to try on some dresses I had seen with my bridal party in tow. The first time, I was a little put off when the first words out of the lady who "greeted" us (which I put in quotes because she never really greeted us...) were that next months the prices were being raised 8%. Still, I looked around and found a few styles that I wanted to come black and try on. The second time I came in, I could not get anyone to help me find the dresses, help me look at other dresses, or show me to a fitting room. There were two associates, one who was busy with other customers in dressing rooms and another who could not get off the phone long enough to be of assistance. Finally, after waiting about 45 minutes, I ended up leaving in frustration. I won't be returning to try my luck again and would not recommend that others do either.
