I had gone to the mall first and the Apple store in the mall is not for me. My friends raved about the Mac Life store on Overland. I went there it was not busy, the salesman was casual and knowledgeable about the products. The salesman was just as happy to sell me the aftermarket compatible accessories as the Apple ones (in a customer is always right attitude - but no attitude). So, I purchased an MBP, Airport Extreme and a few accessories from this location. This is my first foray into the Mac world, but not a novice to computers as I have been heavily involved with PCs for 30 years. I think this is a very nice store with helpful, knowledgeable people (perhaps I was just lucky when I got Ken). In any event, I would recommend this store to others.

Go to the apple store at the mall.

Customer service was terrible there.
