I had service performed on my Quadra Fire pellet stove on 2/13/2024, by Craig and Dean from Leisure Time service department. They arrived on time, were professional and very knowledgeable concerning the work to be performed. I would very highly recommend these gentlemen and the Leisure Time service department. The office staff was very helpful and friendly in arranging the service.

Terrible customer service. I had 4 wood burning fireplaces in my home converted to gas. Equipment failed shortly after installation. Leisure Time admitted to sending out an inexperienced contract crew. They were not good about returning phone calls and replacement equipment also failed.

Went by their showroom and was pointedly ignored. Rude place.

Extremely slow and poor service regarding a gas fireplace repair. It was not repaired or working after a fairly significant bill. Upon questioning, the property owners were given the run around and misinformation. I cannot recommend their service even to my worst enemy!!
