Langston & Associates, Inc, is a regionally recognized real estate services corporation, dedicated to providing clients with a full range of real estate services, including ; valuation/evaluation, market analysis/surveys, land data research, GIS mapping and spatial analysis. Over the years Langston & Associates, Inc has provided consulting services to a large list of private sector clientele, as well as public agencies including ; Wells Fargo Bank, KeyBank National Association, U.S. BANCORP, Washington Mutual Bank, Washington Trust, Washington Federal, Bank of America, and others, as well as, various state municipalities and the Idaho Transportation Department as well as the Ada County Highway District with regard to eminent domain proceedings. I have the pleasure of working with a small staff of real estate professionals, all of which have extraordinary general educational backgrounds, and continue to search out and select advanced education and experience.
