Ridiculous

Didn't listen to a thing we had to say.We wanted a small remodel came back and emailed an eight hundred thousand dollar bid! I was stuck paying for a design fee for palns i could never use. When I signed his contract this was the only point I brought to his attention and keep the cost low. I'm under the impression he gives ridiculous bids to collect$ 3500. for design fees. Waist of money!
