Run as fast as you can from these guys! After using them for over a year the spiders, ants and insects returned. We had to call them back for them to use their "good stuff". In February 2016 we called and cancelled their service. Two months later they apparently (although questionable) did an application, with no notification, for which we got charged. We called and they said we didn't cancel because we didn't send them a written cancellation as "required by the contract." Despite us cancelling the credit charge and talking to the manager Chris they came again tow months later, without our consent. We confronted the impact representative and he said "too late." After numerous conversations Impact sent us to collections! This has never happened to us before.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE GUYS! DISHONEST POOR SERVICE AND WEAK APPLICATIONS!
btw We went to Gemtek and haven't had a problem since.

I would love to say that Impact Pest Services has been great for me and my family. I used to have a big problem with spiders and ever since Impact has been coming to my home they are gone. The techs that come out to spray are allway nice and know what they are doing.
