We were having problems with our washing machine so we had them come out to service both the washer & dryer. The service guy was very nice and told us it would cost us as much to repair the washer as it would to buy a new one. So we did appreciate him being honest about that. But it seemed a LITTLE STEEP to charge $120.00 to level the washer (NO repairs were done) and to check the temp of the dryer (again NO repairs were needed or done). Will definitely be doing some price comparisons with other repair service companies before calling Home Appliance Service back out.

Imagine turning on your washer that you bought only a couple years prior and hearing what sounded like a jet engine each time the spin cycle runs. This was what we lived with for almost a year before we finally called the amazing people at Home Appliance. With five kids and only one income at the time, we didn't have lots of money to throw around and we had even less time. Home Appliance came to the rescue with reasonable pricing, fast friendly service, and quality work! Now my high efficiency washer sounds whisper quiet like it should and I am able to keep up with the mountains of laundry our family produces. I will continue to use Home Appliance for all my appliance repair needs!!! Thank you Home Appliance !
