Our community well lost its pump and coonse pump,who put it in 8 years ago, did not want to help us, they said to was to hard and did not want to do it again, so they left us high and very dry. They did not want to deal with the power lines that were run over the pump house unfortunately. Company after company told us no, and Caron said he would do it because our original pump company bailing on us wasn't right, so now they are our pump company. They put other irrigation jobs on hold, which were probably higher paying to help us. Steve Caron and his guys were very easy to get along with and knew what they were doing. We cannot thank them enough for helping us when no one else would.

Called Caron and requested our pump to be winterized, was told someone would be out sometime the next week. Get a call during the middle of winter asking me if I want my pump winterized. By then the pump had froze. When confronted about the request for service I was told I never called in. So had them come get the pump. Of course it was frozen and needed rebuilt. Asked for a price, and was upset with the cost. So I asked them to please order the parts needed to fix it and I would have the repairs done elsewhere. Was promised parts would be in, in 2 weeks that was 4 weeks ago. Finding a different pump company to work with.

I have been trying to get Caron Pump to replace by defective well pump for nine days and still do not have a new pump. It took 4 days for them to show up to check the pump and determine it was faulty. A new pump was supposedly ordered immediately but I was told it was lost in transit. I was also told they were going to trace it but they never call back to tell me if they found it after promising they would call They have been very poor about calling me with updates or call back at a specified time or day. For several days now I have been hauling water from a neighbor in my truck for household and to keep the lawn and flowers alive. Its ironic but this neighbor does not use Caron Pump anymore because of the same poor service that I am getting. NO WATER EXCEPT TEARS
