I'm pre approved to buy a 175,000 dollar house, but can't by a 4,000 grom! Lol your financial provider you use is absolutely silly. I have a 700 credit score and still have to put down more than my friends with 620! Good logic, will not be returning to buy anything. If your under the age of 30 do not come here, u will not get anything without a down payment under 2000.

A major setback was avoided when I had the good fortune to be towed to Carl's with a bent front rim. From the outset the service staff, (Tom, Shane, Curtis and Deserae) couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did they help me find accommodation for the night but had a new rim installed the next morning. I made the wedding on time and have just arrived home. My sincere thanks for turning what I thought would be a considerable delay into an enjoyable visit to Boise. You will be highly recommended to my touring friends.

I'm an out of town person from northern Idaho and was down visiting family in the Boise area this last weekend. On my ride down ID-55, I noticed that I was getting some surging in the lower gears so I immediately went in to the first dealership that Google spit out and it was Carl's.

Not only did they walk me through the worn parts of my chain and how that occurs (I'm the second owner of this bike and it obviously got rode a lot harder than I ride it, because the chain should still be good to go) but they made a tech immediately available (in spite of the many machines they had in the shop and the people waiting for them) and did and adjust/lube job on the spot. They adjusted it so well to the tightest spot that I hardly notice the issue now, and I should be good to go until I can make the time to get the chain and sprockets replaced. Also, the emergency adjustment and their time cost me next to nothing (less than $20).

I was so impressed with the service, knowledge and willingness to drop everything to make my bike safe to ride and get me home over 300 miles away that I will probably just have them do the chain job next time I'm in town. When you have a dealership close to home and you're willing to bike 300 miles to have a routine repair completed, that says something about the shop. I can't comment on the negative experiences listed here, but I highly recommend this place. Everyone from the cashiers to technicians were friendly and knew what they were doing. I wish I could say the same about my home dealership.

I purchased a new Victory Vegas recently. I purchased a motorcycle from Carl's a couple of years ago and traded in that bike. Josh, the best sales person at Carl's, gave me a great price for my trade-in and a great price for the new bike. No pressure, no hassle, great buy.

My husband was afraid he had blown out the engine of his Kawasaki Vulcan. He had it towed to Carl's Cycle. We were relieved to find out the damage was minor. He had it fixed and back within a day or so. Honest, quality service is what we experienced. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I needed some help today - I was going to change my bike oil, but couldn't budge my oil filter, so went down to Carls and asked them if they could loosen it a bit so I could take it home and change my oil. The guys in maintenance were great - they didn't make me feel like I was "putting them out".... one of the guys came right out with a wrench and loosened it so that I could get it off when I got back home. He even gave me a few tips on how to get the job done. I sure like that kind of customer service; I'll remember that next time I'm ready to buy a new bike. Thanks guys.

service deptl will rip you off

Was told a price for a service and it was fair by the time i got my bike back it was doubled. I was called told parts were bad and said ok replace them, was called back and told more parts were bad, said ok replace them but save old parts please, they said ok got my bike looked at old parts they were in perfect condition. I m a mechanic and know the difference between bad and good . I got ripped off ! Watch out especially if you don t know better.

Best in the West

I have been purchasing snowmobiles, and now dirtbikes, from Carls Cycle for over 10 years. I travel 500 miles, ONE WAY, to get there. In my opinion, they are the best Polaris dealer in the country. Their service department is second to none, and I wouldnt trust anyone else to build me a custom snowmobile. I put myself, and my machine, in extreme terrain, and I feel that having 100% confidence in the ability of my machine is mandatory. I couldn't give a higher recommendation, then Carls Cycle.

always provide great service!

contrary to some of the other reviews, I have been going to Carls since I could walk and have bought many sleds, bikes, etc. from them over the years and have always been well taken care of. some people who leave negative reviews are just negative people that will never be happy! don't hesitate to go to Carl's, they are the most knowledgeable powersports people in the valley.

Bad service!

I also thought the customer services stinks. The sales guys are always bugging you when you walk in. I like to look around a little and do some research on my own. Upon selling my Dr I started heading out to look at some bikes. I was greated by a guy that was way more interested in selling me the new honda after I repeatedly said I was not wanting a new bike. Then followed me out to the used bikes and not once but twice said he'd take me for a ride! Really I've been riding for three years and just got done riding bikes all the way up to the 1300cc range from other places. He didn't offer to let my turn the bikes on to get a fill for them. I've had my bike there before to get worked on and while at the counter I overheard one of the guys getting in trouble for adding to much oil to a bike. When I got my bike home mine was smoking bad. Won't use Carls again. They treat women poorly.

Carl's Cycle has come a long w...

Carl's Cycle has come a long way from where it used to be. The entire sales, parts and service teams are great people to work with and have provided me with awesome customer service. I've been a long time customer and will continue to be.

Bad Service Dept.

The Service Manager talks like he knows, but don't have a clue.

Great information

Took my sons motorcycles in for regular maintance. The person we dealt with was so helpful for my sons. He showed them how to start their bikes easier, how to adjust brakes, clutches, etc. He really spent some time showing them all the different things that they could do on their own in order to maintain their bikes. He was great.
