Great service. Allowed me to drop off and pick up on my schedule. Love they they work with the Snip project. Would recommend.

Poor service, office staff is constantly changing, which gets very confusing. Doctor is all about Money, not giving quality care to the pets.

Not a great place to take your pets. They never call you back when you need something or have a question. They always have new employees in and out of the place, very confusing.

Took my puppy in for neuter, dew claw and shots. Couldn't understand the man at the front desk. I was given cat papers instead of dog papers to fill out. I was told they would call after procedure, they didn't. I went in to check and was told he had been ready to go for hours. Gave me two medications for him but the bottle didn't state which was for pain and which was to prevent infection. No instructions for care or follow up. We took off bandages saw staples and stitches. Who takes them out and when???? One leg looked good and one didn't look good at all. Called to talk to the Dr. (3 days later) but she was too busy. Called her again to find out what to do about the one leg, but never received a call back. I didn't even have the opportunity to meet or visit with her before or after the surgery. On a good note.... the place was very clean and he recovered very well from the neutering -just the dew claw was a problem.

I spoke to Patty and she was excellent. She was polite and got us on the calendar for my dog, T-Bone, to get de-boned (he goes by T now. LOL). Anyway, dropped him off at 8:30 AM and he was ready to be picked up by 1:30 PM. Got the pain meds for him, but he didnt' need them. The neuter was great, the overall experience was great, and I would recommend them. We have another dog that will need to be spayed and we are planning on using them again and for other services as well (e.g., well checks). I love the Dr German cares so much about my Rocko. he had a terrible skin condition that other vets just gave him meds for and it never git any better, Dr German was interested in what Rocko ate and his environment. she

When our Bullmastiff was so sick we did not think he was going to make it other animal clinics said we would need to wait for an appointment to open up. Animal Health Hospital just said bring him right in. There was no extra charge and they treated him like he was the most important dog in the world, which he is to us. They took excellent care of him and he was back to his normal loving Moosy self in no time. We have now taken both our pugs to them and they truely are a rare find! They are more interested in you and your animals than selling you on the new insurance or charging you for services you do not need.You will not be disappointed in the care you and your animal receive.Thanks so muchSean and Christina Matthews

Thia is a very caring place for animal care. They took great care of my grandsons kitten, and will be doing surgery for my grand-daughters pet. They really love animals.
