We have been in business for close to 25 years now & are family owned & operated for our customers to get the best quality of work for their money. We are constantly revising our skill by going to seminars & learning the newest up to date technology that get the best results. We off a hot soft was for homes .. it is a mold/milidcide with cleaning agent & chlorine based chemical to gently spray the home down. We let it do it's job & then we gently rinse down the home removing all dirt and debris . Tough stains may require a little scrubbing with a brush which we will do IF necessary but you definitely WILL NOT get that with any other company out here. If there are more stains left we will treat until we get the results we either are happy with or that is all that can be done. It usually lasts abt 2-3 versus your typical bleach pressure cleaning. It is eco friendly & will not harm your plants or grass. Our window cleaning is different as well as we have a special process that works hand & hand to make your windows cleaner then you will ever see them. We dust down the sashes, rinse down the windows, use a soap formula & scrub pad (not one abrasive enough to scratch the windows) & then we rinse them off leaving no soap residue behind like other companies which make the windows cleaner & stay that way longer. We can do interior/exterior or one or the other.
