Every time, every single time I go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Boerne, I get treated with the highest level of service. The manager recognizes me and makes sure my Suburban is well taken car of.



Just today, I went to get a routine oil change and mentioned I was planning a road trip this weekend and wanted to make sure my family and I was safe. A couple of belts and my air filter were replaced (yes, they needed to be replaced), the tires and fluids were replace and my oil was changed all in one hour. The belts were not in stock, so the manager went to another store to get them and replaced them.



I know if I had this done at the dealership the labor would have been as much as the parts!



It's not often you find such consistant service. I atribute it to the leadership and management style of the manager. He has a service-minded and talented group working there.
