My insurance paid collision repair was supposed to take 20 to 30 days, but wound up taking 5 months. A lot of that is Chrysler parts (according to Boerne Collision), and some of it is from the fact that they are so busy, they can't work on your car as much as they think they can at first. Also, they're not very good at explaining things, but in the end, and the most important thing, is that the quality of their work was excellent. My car looks new. So, I would recommend them. Just double whatever time estimate they give you, and make sure your insurance covers unlimited rentals.

Just returned from picking up my wife's 2015 GMC Acadia. We had a scratch on the front left fender. Ray was our POC. The work was some of the best I have ever seen and was delivered when he said it would be finish. Additionally, the price was reasonable too. Staff was friendly, place was clean and I would recommend their business without any doubt to my closest friends. Tom Blann

My car was at Boerne Collission for over 2 weeks for very minor damages. I took my car in several weeks prior to the repairs for an estimate and to allow time for parts to be ordered. They grossly underestimated the cost of repairs to my insurance company, did not call with regular updates as they promised and routinely told me one or two more days. I was told late on Friday that my car was in for washing and would be ready at 7:30 Monday morning. When I came in that morning, I was told my car still was not ready that they were now waiting for a light to come in. I had no damage to any light when I dropped my car off and I had just been told the previous business day that my repairs we're complete. This business has awful customer service, apparently no sense of time and a complete inability to make a reliable estimate. Go somewhere else!

My car has been at Boerne Collision for over a month now. I wasnt even in a bad accident and its still going to be several days before I am going to get it back. Please use somebody else for car repair so you don't end up as impatient and completely livid as I am
