CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. Now I understand things happen. I do appreciate them text every few days. However 7 weeks later I still don't have my vehicle back. Fortunately I have a rental per my insurance otherwise I don't know what I would have done. I won't be back.

Work was ok. But required me to pay deductible up front. Then when my insurance paid in full. It took me over a month to get my $500 deductible from Caliber.

great work. the repair work was awesome. took a little longer than i expected but totally worth the wait.

We highly recommend Loredo Paint & Body...they did a beautiful job on our car. We especially want to commend Ian for going the extra mile. He took care of everything, kept us informed on progress, & had the right combination of professionalism & caring we seldom see these days. We know it's his "job" but it does it so well. Great and quick services. They also saved me money by finding solutions to my front bumber. It's hard to avoid deer. If I hit another one, I will certainly go back to Loredo. Great service and workmanship.

Man, I don't get these prior reviews. They did great by me. They were helpful and easy to work with, and their work is immaculate. Before I leave a car at a shop like this, I Iike to look at their work, so I took a tour of the shop. It was filled with classic sports cars and the like. These owners don't leave their $100k+ babies with just anybody. Take a tour, they will be glad to show off their work. When I got my car back, there was one small thing to correct. They apologized and expedited the correction. I used them again, and they even stepped in and worked in my behalf on a insurance misunderstanding. Their work was perfect. I cannot imagine what these other reviewers were expecting (their hourly rate is $40??!! - how much better do you want?), but my experiences have been as good as it can get. Justin will take care of you in the front office. Guy under a shade tree? Good grief.

Abusive! To sum it up in one word. They had my mercedez for 10 days on a small bumper repair that should have taken 3 days. Nothing but attitude and lies from the guys in the office. Simply abusive! I had to call to get an update when the blew past every ETA and when I reminded them that I was in a rental car they scoffed and became more rude. Overpriced, substandard quality and abusive service. I would definitely take my car to a man under a shade tree before I ever go back to Loredo paint and body in Boerne, TX. Save yourself the frustration and go ANYWHERE else.

The absolutely worst customer service! Have to go back a third time after gaving them a punch list and placing blue tape on everything not done correctly. Adjuster over there is always full of it and lied about so many things that I caught him on that I never know what I can believe. First batch of paintwork was great, but assembly was horrible, parts were missing, not tightened, stripped broken...when bed was put back on truck the bed hit the cab on the drivers side causing new damage. They lied about not able to get special rivets in for two weeks and I actually ordered some myself from the dealer and had them in a day (on cost an extra $.80 to get them in 1 day versus 5-7). Can't wait to have them out of my life...hoping they will get everything right the third time so I can update this review to be somewhat positive, and not have to get USAA involved. Sorry Loredo, screwed up twice already, and sorry to see results from second visit put truck in worse shape than first time.
