Worst service I've ever experienced. I dropped my watch off for a repair they told me they would call me when it was done, two weeks later nobody called and I couldn't get through on the phone to them. I went to the store and they had no answers originally as to the status of my watch. After watching them struggle to look for it they found it in the bottom of a drawer where it hadn't been touched since i dropped it off. They told me they would have to order a part that day and it would be another two weeks. Two weeks later i still hadn't heard back from them. Once again unable to reach them i went to the store only for them to tell me the part arrived but they still hadn't repaired my watch. A week later I went to get my watch and the repair was done poorly, the hands on the watch didn't match up to the numbers no matter how many times it tried to rewind it. I asked if I would still be charged full price due to the inconvenience and the fact that the watch still wasn't repaired. They said no, man was very rude and charged me full price. i would never recommend anybody to go to this watch repair. you might never get your watch back. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but i had to click a star to complete this review.
