I called to inquire about screen printing and the lady on the phone was very rude! I did not ask her about my business plan or lack there of, I asked her what the minimum order was and how much what I wanted would cost. She said the minimum order was 3 dozen (which happens to be the largest minimum order of any company I contacted) and she asked me what the name of my business was. When I told her I did not have one, she laughed and told me "Then I will give you no more information," laughed again and hung up on me! Please learn to have better manners with customers or maybe you should consider going out of business!
