I found the salon because I was searching for a salon that was open on Sunday. Rick cut my hair and i liked it so much I went back to let him do highlights. They seem very nice and helpful there. I'm very happy

I had a bad experience all the way around. I really wanted to like this place because it is so close to my home. But, I was treated like I was an annoyance. My stylist did not have the slightest clue what he was doing when he cut my hair. It looked like my 10 year old cut it when I left. I was actually praying I didn't see anyone on my way back to my car. It really was that bad. The salon seems to be filled with people that couldn't hold jobs at other salons... a bit sketchy. I actually took my daughter there to a different stylist (the Playboy looking stylist) and she didn't know what to do with my daughters hair. She actually said it was too long to put layers in! What? That was why we were there..for a cut. My daughter was pretty upset. Never will I go there again.

My first time at this salon was horrible. I arrived and the girl at the desk told me "just head to the back". As I passed through the congested salon, I was instructed to sit for my shampoo. I am sitting there across from the pedicure tubs. I was shocked that the area was such a mess. To the right of me I see another girl coming from the back to wash my hair. Other than "lay back", there was not another word spoke until I was done. I was instructed to go to "the stylist". Hello? I have never been here! Now I am sitting here with this "stylist" that attempted to layer my hair and curl it. Of course, I can not see what or how he is cutting. Did he show me the layering at that point? Nope. He put two different products on my hair then started blow drying it. His curling technique was worse that what I use to do in the 80's. He put the hair spray nozzle directly on the strands that he was going to curl. By the time he was done I thought he would do something but he was done! I paid an unreal $90 and went home with these shiny spiral things that looked like an omish man. I went home and washed the mess out of my hair. Did I talk to "Mario"? No because he was sitting across from me the entire time. He never said a word, not even a "hello". He was to worried about his eyebrows needing color than the greet a new customer. Never again!
