This is not a class act. Flower the woman who does the keratin treatment, is rude and full of herself. When she washed my hair with a 8"x10" towel around my neck I asked her for a bigger towel, she was getting my silk top splashed with soapy water..... she ignore me I asked her again she ignore me and continued!!!

I've had many keratin treatments in my life. I've been having it done ever since it came out in the market......She told me I could wash my hair the same day but I didn't I kept it for three days,,,,, she used very little product in my hair I noticed and didn't say anything because I felt I should give her the benefit of the doubt.......Bottom line is after I washed I had the same "freezies I had before !!!!. I called her nicely , sent her pictures. nicely..... but she is so full of herself and starred to lecture me on what is Keratin etc, as if I lived in a cave. I'm from Brazil for crying out loud!!!!!......she blamed it on my hair!!!!! I could go on about their the treatment of me ,a first time customer inside of the beauty salon but........my advise to you ladies is don't go there!!!. Boca has so many better choices of businesses that cares about your patronage. This is not it. Flower doesn't back up her product or service and has a better than thou attitude. Skipp it!!!!!
