Run from this business and these people; RUN! I bought into this Franchise. I wanted to run my own business so in good faith signed the documents paid my franchise fee and started the process. Once they had the document signed and the franchise fee they RAN to get the lease signed and build out the store. They started construction before the SBA loan had been approved (promising me that they would not do so until the SBA loan was certain). They pushed me into opening, again before loan was approved and/or funded. Within 6 months of this process I have lost $250K am engaged in a lawsuit with these people, they now have the store and if I lose the lawsuit could be in bankruptcy. Run from these people. They will tell you the business will make $100K per year in profit and that your invested will be limited to $75K for start up. They lie. You will pay to build out the store, go broke and they will re sell the existing store to the next sucker who will likely go broke as will. There are only 150 units across the country and I now understand why. I found out that most of the stores have been through many owners before being able to sustain themselves. Many of the existing Franchisees are losing money but can't get rid of the store because of the franchisee agreement. RUN RUN!

When looking for someone to quickly adjust my watchband I naturally looked for a name I knew. However the franchiser clearly was struggling financially because he saw that my watch was a Citizen and felt he could charge me 13 dollars. Of course I refused and on the way out of the mall found a guy who did it for free. Franchising your name is a great way to make a quick buck and fastfix fits a niche. But when you price yourself out of business that is clearly a sign of arrogance in management.
