Imagine a group of dirty, stoned, ignorant high school students doing business in the community...can you picture it? Welcome to Heritage Smoke Shop.



I purchased a nicotene vaporizer kit to help me quit smoking, for approx ~$35. Within the first few days, it started leaking, breaking down, not taking a charge, etc. I had to take it back to Heritage 4 seperate times within the first three weeks. Finally, I took it back and asked them to replace it, or to refund my purchase. Their response was argumentative, rude, accusatory, and suggestive that it was defective as a result of my improper handling.



After leaving upset and without any recourse, I researched the product they sold me. Heritage stated that it was a reliable product manufactured in the US. The truth of the matter is that it was manufactured in China, and has a notorious reputation for leaking (not working) due to the heat generated by battery, which in turn melts the glue, or whatever type of bonding source, between the battery and the canister.



Stay away from these degenerates-- there are far more reputable places within the neighbooring areas.

Really nice employees. willing to talk you through what you're actually getting.
