This place is the biggest ripoff with untrained staff. I was quoted $60.95 for an oil change on my 2014 Silverado, and quoted a wait time of 45 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes I called then and was told it was completed. The service man wrote down cell number and promised to call! When I arrived to pick up my truck the service man stated "wow! that truck takes a lot of oil. It appeared to be his way of easing in the new price of $84. I've had a Silverado for years and never paid this much for an oil change. I have always used synthetic oil. So at this point I am irate so I leave and call the manager. He just tries to justify the bill, but that's not the point!!! When you get quoted a price you would think they would take the make and model of the vehicle into account. The manager basically admitted that his staff is untrained. He offered $20 off the next oil change, as if I would ever go back to this sh** hole!! Avoid this place! It's a shady joint with incompetent employees. If you care about vehicle or wallet.. Go elsewhere!
