I am very upset right now with my #Geeksquad experience. I am writing this as I am still on hold for over 1 hour 12 minutes. I wanted IT help today, so I googled you, called in, spoke with an "Agent" and then gave my credit card and paid a high fee of $90 to help me set up my router properly so that I could access my camera from outside my home network. I was transferred and someone knowledgeable helped me and ended the phone call before the problem was solved. I called back in and now I'm being told they can't help me? That now I have to call back tomorrow to have someone else deal with the issue? NOT NICE TO customers willing to pay a HIGH fee of $90 for something that should take an IT pro less than 20 minutes to fix. I still have all the logs for the Online Support LogMeIn sessions that show exactly who I was working with on my screen! WOW! I was just told that the supervisor would have to escalate the issue to get me assistance. The excalation procedure would take 24 to 48 hours! So, here I am with the same problem I called in with 3 hours later. No Money, no respect, same problem. #customerservicefail I would never recommend Geek Squad service to anyone based on this bad experience.
