Worst facial experience ever! From walking through the door first thing I noticed was a filthy floor, wrinkled bedsheet (and she used a fitted instead of a flat sheet), steamer looked like it had never been cleaned out. When I complained I wanted the steamer off as it was giving me a problem breathing, she told me turned it away slightly but that she had to leave it on to open my pores! I by no means have problem skin, or needed hardly any extractions, as a result Ios the steam and probably some of the products used, I had an asthma attack shortly after I left which lasted that night and through the next day!



Also, the eye pads she placed on my eyes and hot towel to take off products were so hot I almost got burned. Considering there is no sink in their room, that means they used hot towels or pads from a hot towel cabinet!! Not a professional place at all! STAY FAR AWAY!!

Perfect!. Great haircut. went back for the most relaxing facial ever. Recommended 2 others to her, one for waxing and one for men's haircut and they both loved it. Perfect

I made an appointment for a facial and had a great experience from beginning on. Since it is part of the Royal Palm Apartment complex, I parked in the Garage and really enjoyed the privacy. Especially after the facial since I don't like to go out without Make up even though my skin looked amazing after the facial! They use fabulous skin care products from Europe which I appreciate since they are better regulated.

Great spa ! The lady that did my facial was very professional and cleared my blemishes. I had a relaxing fun time with her she also is very attractive. 5star from me :)
