my power went out at 7:00pm on a saturday night. i could not get a hold of any electrician other than there voicemail. i called brighton and my call was answered by a live person. within an hour a technician was at my home. he immediatly spotted the problem and turned my power back on until the problem could be fixed the next morning. they came back out on sunday and fixed my electric. they were affordable, courteous, and prompt. I appreciate there concern and profesionalism. i reccomend them to anyone

They were fast, worked hard, and fixed my electrical problem so it won't have to be fixed again. I respect their '' do it right the first time '' mentality.

they should be put out of business for the tactics they take to SCAM people out of money. i may be old but im not a dummy. take a hike.

I pulled their name from the yellow pages to address an issue in my home. They determined that I had a shorted wire in a room that had no power. They quoted me $200/hr for a min of 3 hrs to find the wire and then an additional amount, unknown, to bring a new line into the room. I felt as if I was getting the hard core sell, the electrician even had his manager get on the phone w/ me to tell me how dangerous it was and that I must fix it immediately - when the power had been out for a few mos already. I passed and the next electrician was here for 5 minutes - the circuit breaker had tripped. The power now works fine. Lack of experience or crooks - you decide!

I had call Brighton to come do some work for me and they came out and gave me a price I all most fell to the floor. My son is an electrician in New York and told me that they are scamming me out of money. I am 70 years old what is this world coming to?

They scam you out of money, They rip off older people and tell them that there house will catch on fire if they don't get it done right away and you pay $$$$$ and could get it done somewhere else for cheaper
