Destroyed my hair. Under cut it, left it with chunks and patches thinned out by the ears, horrible. All I asked for was my money back as it is too short to re-layer correctly and they refused! I would not let them touch my hair to correct this ever.

I have wavy hair, I said I do not blow dry, I said I have thinning hair, I said I have a bad cowlick in the back, he cut it short there and it accentuates it. It is crooked in back as well. I said I want wash and wear. I was left with chunks of hair missing behind my ears, under cut, flat hair that will not have wave. IF I try and slick back my hair to minimize this bad cut, the short layers behind my ears look like Buster Brown, like a mushroom. It's like a shelf. I have a shelf on one side and it is hideous. I am use to a short cut, I had no issue with the length, but this looks like I am trying to grow out a pixie. I just spent a year growing out a pixie, I wanted low maintenance, I wanted thick looking hair, I got a mess. There is zero movement, it is top heavy. I never complain about a haircut. But this is so bad for a master stylist?

I initially thought it was great until I washed it, I waited a month thinking okay, it will get better, but I must blow dry it or is looks like I cut it myself. Unreal the customer care and the lousy attitude I received over the phone. Sometimes you have a bad day, you give a shitty haircut, it happens. At least if the customer is that unhappy, refund their money if they are not comfortable coming back in. It's not like I can go and get my hair back, what are they out ?? Time. What am I out? time, but I look like shit and for my 50th birthday pamper day, this was not the place to do it.

I am asking for my 100.00 back so I can go by a wig or some hats until this gets long enough to re cut with some body and shape. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. rip off. Go elsewhere. NOT ONE CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER.
