I thought it was pricy...but it was good and I enjoyed the chicken livers..can't find good liver anywhere, not even KFC anymore.

the warm food was undercooked and really awful. i made a salad thinking that couldnt be bad, my sister-inlaw and i both made salads and both ate ranch dressing. she ate ranch from one bucket and i from the other. after dessert to get the taste out of my mouth we left. that night i woke up with the worst pain in my stomach! in less than 24 hours i filled the toilet 5-6 times with nothing but blood! also there was bad vomiting and fever. we had to stay an extra night in a hotel because i couldnt get out of bed much less travel. my sister-inlaw had exactly the same thing, and with at least 2 full buckets of the dressing, i wonder how many other people they made sick. my rating is that the place should be SHUT DOWN111

First time to visit Western Sizzlin in Boaz, Al. It was the worst food ever. We ordered steaks off the menu and the Rib Bye was not a Rib Bye and the sirloin was rare. Sent the sirloin back. Still not good. My husband could not eat his at all. The hostess comes by and didn't even stop long enough for me to tell her. I did ask for the mang and I was told he was busy. We wasted $40.00 on food that my dogs wouldn't eat. I must say, it was the first time and my last to enter the doors of Western Sizzlin. I will be calling today to see if the mang is busy today. When a business says Western Sizzlin Family Steakhouse... That means you can or should be able to get a steak that you can eat.

The service was excellent ashley is great. The food was terrible. Chicken was still pink hushbpuppies still frozen and management needs change i saw the owner grab a server by the face i wont be back
