Worst living experience I have ever encountered. The landlord Virginia is awful. She’s one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She screamed in my face and my mothers face right in front of my not even one year old daughter who was trying to sleep. She kicked us out for having a cat that we were working on getting ESA papers for even though many many people have cats and dogs as well who don’t have ESA papers. She screamed in a friend of mine who also lives there’s face and 100% Invaved their privacy with so many surprise inspections. Virginia also tried to change a friend who used to live there with damamge done to the appartment when it was there when she first moved in. She took Virginia to court and won. Virginia is money hungry, she is very hostel. The new maintenance workers aren’t helpful at all. They don’t get to you for weeks when they say they’ll come fix somthing. The townhouses are disgusting and smell awful: our appartment had water damage in the living Room and Virginia tried to make US pay for it. They charge you so much money for simple repairs. It’s crazy. You also csnt have stuff outside your door if it looks “tacky” to Virginia. We had a kids stand outside our door and she threatened to fail us on our inspection if we didn’t get rid of it. Overall the worst landlord and word appartments I have ever encountered. You couldn’t pay me to live there again. I dont suggest living here.

Do not ever rent from these people. I don’t care how desperate you are they aren’t worth it. They are rude and horrible. The landlord will scream at you in front of your toddler. The landlord will look through your window if you say they can not enter you home while your wife isn’t dressed. And the landlord will refuse to use your current lack of a job, try to make you pay $640 when you’re supposed to pay 30% of your income and you have no income but about $100 and she knows that, and she will then file against you in court for the money she claims you need to pay. The landlords lie through their teeth and then give you other information in paperwork. They act like they’re much better than you and like they own you. Whatever you do do not rent here. If you need a service animal and have a doctor informing them you do, they will take months to finally allow it, not caring about the impact it has on you. The landlord will scream at you in the middle of the parking lot.
