In response to the above review, I have been tanning with Palm Beach Tan in Bluffton for a while therefore would like to respond to this review. Every consultant informs you that your account will be billed monthly until you decide to cancel or freeze your account. When you do cancel your account, your credit or debit card is not billed again. It's a shame you had a bad customer service expierence, maybe you should try them again because they have new staff and everyone is very nice & willing to help!!

This particular Palm Beach tan, likes to charge your credit card monthly without telling you. So if you decide to tan at this particular store make sure you monitor your statements and keep tabs on it. They will not reimburse you. They are not a pleasure to deal with.
