The office does not return phone calls. The entire staff seems very over matched. Very unfortunate because the office we dealt with in Illinois was outstanding!!

Continually understaffed. High turn over with trainees running the office. Very slow and poor service. And Mr. Mallett is not accessible. After 4 years of hoping it would get better, I moved my policies
