I have never had an experience like this before with any dentist. I was scammed by them! Before appointment I asked what my insurance would not cover, was quoted an amount, that amount more than doubled after work was done (which I paid for), then a month or so later I received a bill for several hundred more. When I called office admin, same person who had provided financial info for me, you could tell she had screened many of these calls as she gave rote answers, was cold and impersonal. Reynolds only spent a few minutes with me, dictating numbers/terms to hygienist that were meaningless to me, and left without telling me anything - I had to ask dental hygienist what he thought needed to be done. All my old metal filings were to be removed & replaced, although they did not give me any trouble. Also charged me for something other than the teeth cleaning I requested - teeth didn't even feel smooth/clean as usual after cleaned. Stay away, plenty of other reputable dentists out there.
