OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

First of all you say you are open 24 hours a day on your website. When I called to get my car out you said you didn't open until 8:30-8:45, I guess whatever time you decided. Probably up too late towing my car that was unnecessarily being towed. You also say you take debit cards but when we called you took cash only and could only give a receipt from a piece of ripped paper out of a notebook. Very shady business if you ask me. Something not quite right about all of it!!!!!!
