Provided by YPmobileHorrible!!!! They sold us a lemon and did not do anything to make it right. I was beyond desperate for a car to get my husband and I to work. Beyond our better judgment we paid $3700 for a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis GS. ONE WEEK AFTER WE GOT IT THE BRAKES WENT OUT! Not too hard of a fix, but rediculous none the less. A month after buying our catalytic converters got severely clogged up, our car took forever to accelerate and the floor boards got so hot you could smell fabric burning. Just wait it gets better. NEXT 4 of our spark plugs started misfiring, I would say that was 2 weeks after the cats went bad. Then in july(we purchased in march) as my husband was driving to work it broke down, so after about $200 in tow bills and a 10 mile walk for the hubby we find out it was the FUEL PUMP!!! Next the water pump went out. Also as we would drive down the highway when we hit 60-70 MPH it will start to slow down and will not accelerate. Now this is the worst part, it start dying randomly on us, while driving and idling. In November it died one time and caused us to get in an accident with a box truck while my daughter(15 months old at the time) was in the car!!!! They would not take any responsibility for selling us the hunk of junk and showed absolutely NO REMORSE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM EXTREME AUTO IN BLUFFTON, INDIANA. They are very unprofessional to say the least.

Provided by YPmobileI'm skeptical of car dealers in general, but this family owned business treated me well and I was happy with what I got for the price.
