BE WARNED--Yes, Roxanne is very professional and courteous over the phone but she is a scam artist. I took my car to get my sunroof fixed and they didn't fix it and charged me 194.00 and I asked for what Roxanne said labor charges. The only reason why I paid it was because they were holding another car of mines there to be checked on. After I found out this I told them not to touch my other car. And now I'm working with an attorney to dispute the charges.
