The manager, Maria S., lacks professionalism and managerial skills. Due to no one being in a position over her to provide correction to her horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. I will NEVER return

I do not recommend this place. Very rude dental assistant,I was shocked and nothing was said by the dentist or anyone how she treated my son and I. If you are going to work with children you need to know how to comfort them and talk to them, which was not the case here. will not be returning

This place doesn't even really deserve 1 star. The dental assistants at the front desk are horrible as far as customer service. One of them was helping me but then got angry because I shared my personal experience with another person in the lobby who was overhearing both of her granddaughters screaming, crying, and shouting "I want my mommy and daddy! Help me mommy please! Please!" Of course this woman was scared to death so we were discussing how tying children down causes trauma. Thats when the dental assistant got an attitude and snapped at me about telling the woman the truth. Then in her frustration, basically threw a paper at me, no longer willing to help me.

I definitely would not recommend this place, ESPECIALLY for children. Go to Dental Dreams down the street.
