Joseph Candito has been practicing law since November, 1986. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton and holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the School of Applied Behavorial Sciences and Educational Leadership at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Mr. Candito is a member of the Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Candito has presided as Magistrate for three of the Mayor's Courts in the Tri-County area since 1999. As Magistrate, Mr. Candito hears cases involving misdemeanor criminal and traffic matters.

I always felt that Mr. Candito gave me the best service. He helped me settle my mother's estate at a difficult time for me. Mr. Candito is trustworthy. That means the most to me. I am not comfortable with legal matters. Mr. Candito made it easy for me to understand my legal obligations. I highly recommend him and his firm. His legal assistant was very nice to work with.
