In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Where do I begin. Time after time after time they cannot get my order right. The only reason I went tonight was because my granddaughter wanted a cheeseburger. They finally got a plain cheeseburger right, but still cannot grasp the "no onions" on my burger!!! 3 times I have requested no onions, the cashier has entered it, it was printed on the box and on the receipt, but the burger was loaded with onions. This time was no exception. Loaded with onions!!! I don't get how employees can be so careless. All i ever hear from them is I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. But yet it continues. Tonight also was a real treat when the ketchup dispenser exploded all over my clothing and my hand. When I go to ask for something to clean it off my clothes their reply is again."I'm sorry. It has been spitting because it is empty. I suggested they put a sign on it that it is empty so no one else uses it and was told that they are not allowed to put signs on it. Well, the common sense solution would be to refill it and that would solve the problem or better yet, just get rid of the dispensers anyway. They never work and if they do have ketchup in them, there are usually gnats swarming around it. The fries where not fresh but I didn't say anything about that because at this point, I'm just exhausted with aggravation and ready to leave. I have had too many bad experiences!!! I'm done!!!!
