Used to love this place for a quick simple manicure. The last time I went the service was horrible. The polish bubbled and never dried; waited forever for a redo (I wasn't leaving looking like that) and the same thing happened. They need to change their polish and apply lighter coats when the weather is humid. Overall just horrible, I came home and took it off immediately. If I can paint my nails better than a "pro" in a salon, why bother shelling out the money. I also don't appreciate being constantly told to opt for the gel manicure. If that's what I wanted, that's what I would purchase.

I absolutely love Venus for any service you could want!! The staff are all wonderful and you feel very pampered while you're there. I don't go anywhere else!!

Worst Brazilian bikini wax EVER!!! Do not go here!! The girl Erin did a horrible job, leaving me patchy, very hairy, red, swollen and full of wax. I would have never imagined someone could do this poor of job. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!

I called ahead to schedule a deep tissue massage. When I got there I had to fill out a history form and on it, I checked "Deep" for the type of massage. During the massage I told her to feel free to dig into me. When I left I paid the extra money for a deep tissue massage.



The half hour massage lasted about 18 minutes and was more like a stiff rubdown. There was nothing 'deep tissue' about it. A lot of rubbing (which was kind of creepy) and that was about it. Not to mention the fact that when you get there you instantly get the feeling that all the employees feel like they are better than you. None of them are nice or polite, they all act like you owe them for something. I've been there twice and both times I got the same feeling. And there were different employees there each time.



I would never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time. Waste of money.
