Was charged about $12 more because my car "took" 6.25 qts. Was my first oil change with this car so didn't question it. When I got home I looked up capacity, it's 5.5 qts! So I paid extra for "pros" to put seals and possibly other components at risk by overfilling with oil. Two days later I drained extra oil in the cold. Worse, when I arrived, another customer was being told the same thing, their truck should take 6 qts. but needed 7.

My review is completely the opposite of the previous one. I wonder if we are talking about the same location?? I bring all of my cars there and have recommended them to family members who now bring their cars there. Customer service is exceptional. They offer different specials which can be found easily by using their mobile app "masterlube". One time I went in for an oil change and they topped off all fluids and vacuumed out my car as a courtesy. They are friendly and prompt. I love this place. Before masterlube, we used to change our own oil. Now, we never do since it is so easy and inexpensive to bring the car in. Makes the hassle and cost of doing it yourself quite unpractical.

I WENT THERE TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY TIRES DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION, SO I WAS THEN CHARGE A FAIL FEE. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER GARAGE AND IT PASSED WITH NO PROBLEM. I WENT BACK TO MASTER LUBE THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. I DON'T THINK THAT NOT BEING WILLING TO WORK WITH ME OVER THIS WAS VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BUSINESS SENSE ON THEIR PART. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
